The direct hydraulic drive turns the 35 kg rotor in the wood shredder, on which four 21 cm long reversible blades made of hardened tool steel are mounted. The fast-turning rotor in the wood shredder cuts the wood up to 50 times per second, depending on the hydraulic flow rate, and thus reliably pulls in the material.

Depending on the type of wood and the setting of the counter blade, the wood is chopped into pieces of around 1 to 3 cm and ejected by the strong suction of the rotor equipped with blades in the wood shredder, which makes clogging virtually impossible.

The counter blade of the wood shredder can be precisely adjusted from the outside at a distance of 0 to 5 mm from the rotor blades, so that you can easily adjust the size of the pieces of wood depending on the type of wood.

For difficult material such as fresh fir branches, thuija, bamboo or reeds, we recommend the highest possible rotor speed. The Victory rotor blade discs are balanced up to 1000 rpm (provided your wheel loader offers correspondingly high hydraulic flow rates) and operate with low vibration even at this high speed.

The heavy 16 mm thick rotor disc in the wood chipper is equipped with special replaceable branch breakers so that even the thinnest branches can be processed effectively.
The discharge chute on the BX-52-HFL tractor wood shredder / wood chipper is 185 cm high and can be swivelled through 230 degrees. The discharge angle is adjustable. Depending on the rotor speed, the shredded material can be thrown up to 6 metres.
It is possible to fill trailers, containers or BigBags in a targeted manner. The capacity of the wood shredder is approx. 6 - 7m³/h, depending on the type of wood.

The BX-52-HFL is equipped with a base that is also suitable for pallet trucks, so that the machine can be moved easily in an equipment hall even without a wheel loader. The foldable feed hopper enables space-saving storage of the machine and easy transport on the wheel loader.
